Special Values: The Lowery conservation easement protects winter range and migration corridor for the Round Valley mule deer herd. Other wildlife such as mountain lion, grey fox, yellow-bellied marmot, golden eagle utilize the varied habitats, including wetlands, found on the property. The Cashner easement is bordered on two sides by Inyo National Forest and shares a boundary corner with two other ESLT easement properties.
