All of us at ESLT are thrilled to welcome Mini Mantzouranis to our office as our new Membership Development Coordinator. Mini has been living in the Eastern Sierra for just a few months; you may recognize her from the front counter at Bishop’s Range and River Books, where she has been working part-time since she moved to the area. We are excited that she was able to jump right in and join our team this week.

An avid rider, Mini enjoys working with the ranch horses whenever she can. Come by our office and meet this newest addition to our team!

Originally from San Diego, Mini attended UC Davis to pursue her passion for agriculture and the great outdoors. Several campus-affiliated trips to Bishop for the Mule Days Celebration left Mini hooked on the Eastern Sierra region.

Mini met a local boy during those Mule Days visits, and shortly after graduation in 2014 he managed to sweet talk her into movingto the area. His family owns and operates three ranches, two of which are completed Eastern Sierra Land Trust conservation easement projects. This insight into the goals and function of the Land Trust drew Mini to the organization. With her significant experience in event organization and communication, she is thrilled to further the goals of ESLT in a meaningful way and help preserve the unique opportunities of the local region.

When not in the office, Mini enjoys working on the family ranches, taking care of the animals, and exploring the Sierra’s beauty.

We encourage you to stop by our new office at 250 N. Fowler St. in Bishop to say hello!
