Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup

We are planning a highway cleanup on July 16 from 7:30-10:00 am to remove trash from ESLT’s sponsored section of Highway 395. Your help is greatly appreciated and will keep litter away from wildlife and out of sensitive ecosystems.

In order to avoid as much of the sun and heat as possible, we will get started early. We recommend that volunteers wear long pants to protect against thistle, carry water bottles, and bring sun protection. You may want to bring a backpack, as we will walk along the highway for up to a mile. ESLT will provide trash bags, trash grabbers, leather gloves, bright vests, and hardhats.
