Postponed – Annual Owens River Clean Up 2023

The event organizers have postponed the cleanup with everyone’s safety in mind.

Due to the potential for dangerously high river water flows from snowmelt runoff, the 9th Annual Owens River Clean Up is being postponed to Saturday, November 4, 2023. Your safety is the utmost priority. 

See you the first Saturday of November at the Pleasant Valley Campground! Water flows and air temps the start of November should be perfect for a weekend of cleaning up the river, and recreating in Bishop!

The ninth consecutive Annual Owens River Clean Up is coming up! This event is an excellent way to gather with community members while cleaning one of our beloved rivers. Meet time is 8 am at the Pleasant Valley Campground by the foot bridge. More information below.
