Join Eastern Sierra Land Trust and John Muir Laws for a field trip exploring the beauty and diversity of plant and animal life in the San Francisco Bay Area.

John is a highly-acclaimed naturalist, artist, and educator who has dedicated his work to connecting people to nature through art and science. He has written and illustrated several books, including The Laws Guide to the Sierra Nevada. As we wander together through Coyote Hills, he will reflect on his experiences and work in the Bay Area and the Eastern Sierra, highlighting the urgency of conserving these very special places.

Please bring lunch and water. Over lunch, ESLT will share stories about our recent conservation successes working with landowners to preserve the Eastern Sierra’s lands and waters for the future.

$10 for ESLT members / $20 for nonmembers
Kids under 12 are free
Note: there is an additional $5 parking fee at Coyote Hills
